Civil Works and Heavy Machinery Operations

Catalyst Loading and Unloading at the Ammonia Plant, Ana María Campos Petrochemical Complex
Project executed as part of the rehabilitation program for Trains A and B of the Ammonia Plant at CPAMC, covering the reconditioning of hydrogenators, desulfurizers, reformers, converters, reactors, and methanators. Activities were carried out using certified equipment—industrial vacuum systems, pneumatic loaders, non‑sparking tools, forced ventilation, gas detectors, and industrial endoscopy—and by specialized personnel trained in catalyst handling, confined‑space operations, and industrial safety.
Maintenance of the Urea Scraper in the Fertilizer Warehouse, José Antonio Anzoátegui Petrochemical Complex
Project executed in the fertilizer warehouse of CPJAA, performing comprehensive maintenance of the urea scraper and its associated systems. Activities included mechanical inspection, disassembly, industrial cleaning, adjustment, and alignment of critical components.
Catalyst Loading and Unloading at the Ammonia Plant, José Antonio Anzoátegui Petrochemical Complex
Project executed at the CPJAA Ammonia Plant, with activities including internal inspection, controlled extraction, mechanical cleaning, and conditioning of catalyst beds. The work was performed using certified equipment and specialized personnel, and included mechanical supervision of process units.
